How do payouts work?
We use Stripe Connect. Once you onboard, ticket revenue lands in your bank account on a daily payout schedule. No invoices, no chasing.
Can I use my existing ticketing vendor (iabilet, Eventim)?
Yes. List events on Sortida purely for discovery and keep selling through your current vendor — just paste your vendor URL in the event editor. Or move ticketing to us for door-scanning and live data. You can also run hybrid.
What does Sortida take?
8% per ticket sold. Stripe processing fees are passed through transparently. Free events cost you nothing. No subscription, no setup fee.
Do I need special hardware to scan tickets?
No. Any phone with a browser works. Your door staff log in, point the camera at the QR, done. Headcount updates in real time.
How do I get discovered in the feed?
Sortida ranks events by relevance to each user — taste, neighborhood, time of night. Good photos, clear lineup, and accurate tags do most of the work.
Can I run free events too?
Absolutely. Free RSVPs are free for you and free for us. We only charge when you charge.
