Privacy notice for partners
What we collect about you
To operate your partner account we collect: your email, the venues and events you manage, billing details handed to Stripe, and the actions you take in the dashboard (so we can audit who did what). We don't collect more than we need.
Your relationship with buyer data
When a buyer's ticket lands at your event, you become a joint controller for the limited data needed to honour the ticket: display name, ticket type, check-in time. You must use that data only to run the event, keep it secure, and delete it within 30 days of the event, unless tax/contract rules require longer.
You may not use buyer data for marketing unless the buyer opted in via your own form.
Stripe Connect
Payments and identity verification (KYC/AML) for partner accounts are handled by Stripe under Stripe's own Connected Account Agreement and privacy policy. Sortida only sees the metadata Stripe surfaces back to us — never raw banking or KYC documents.

Same as consumers: access, correct, delete, port. Write to privacy@sortida.app.
